this item is wonderful and can be used in so many ways. My granddaughter had twin girls and uses it for holding them when they are setting together on the couch, uses it for holding and feeding them whether breast feeding or bottle feeding, and uses it a lot for setting them in front of her while she feeds the both at the same time with their bottles and just laying them in it to talk and play with at the time as they are just a few weeks old. you won't regret purchasing this item and it will be used for a long time from infant to toddler.

I initially bought a different pillow marketed for twins, it had good reviews and the price was affordable but it didn't work for me. I decided to pay almost three times more for the twin z pillow and I'm glad I got it. It's made tandem feedings so much easier whether breast or bottles. Personally this is a must have for my twins and they like to sit on it after they are done eating, it's comfy. I use a twin z soft cover on it. This pillow has literally saved my sanity lol

They really need to make this pillow in sizes. It’s not mean for smaller people or smaller babies. My husband had to jerry rig the front buckle thing to make it smaller be able to fit around me and there is still a giant gap in the front. I have to hold my babies up when I nurse them as they can’t read comfortably on the pillow without my back hunched over to get them to nurse.

Very rarely if ever leave reviews, but this pillow is absolutely fantastic. A real game changer with our baby twins, and has made life a lot easier. Pillow is a lot sturdier than expected. Does not lose its shape, even when sat on all day for days on end by heavy adults. Holds both babies safely and snuggly, even the smaller twin. They get good body and head support and do not slip down at all. Currently using it to do double bottle feeds, both with me sitting in the middle and just them sitting in it. Also use it to hang out with the babies. Able to leave one sitting / laying on pillow while busy with the other. They also fall asleep on it each snuggled up to me, but leaves me hands free. Can see them using it to snuggle up on to read or watch TV when they're toddlers as well. If you have twins, we highly recommend this pillow. Much more versatile and user friendly than the harder versions we tried.

I absolutely adore this pillow. I can’t get enough of it. I would not be able to feed my twins comfortably without it!They use it for everything. Naps, feeding, chillin...it’s a real life saver for breastfeeding.My pillow arrived with a really stressed inseam. The area around the clasp has started to come apart and the threads have popped. In about a week it will be broken and I don’t know what I’ll do as I wasn’t expecting something I spent over $100 on to be broken with a month of use.So disappointed.

My daughter in law loves this item. The only concern she has is keeping the stuffing fluffy.

My twins are almost 1 year and I see us conitntuing to use this pillow. Best and only thing we still use from birth. I used it to breastfeed, bottle feed cradle for naps and now they will just crawl in it when they are tired. When they were little I would stuff a blanket to make the whole not so deep and now they just love it and crawl up on it to watch nursery rhymes before naps. My husband say everyday this pillow is a life saver. I could not imagine life with out it. I don't normally write reviews but I feel I need to let other twin mommies know this pillow is awesome.

It was very cute and a gift for our daughter. Seems to be very practical due to the outside surface being washable. Daughter and Son in law thought it was great and think their baby daughters will get a lot of use out of it when they are born.
