I did this: had dame problem the other day. Once you tap one earphone twice it pairs back together 1. The two earphones started out in two single-ear modes 2. First, you need to delete the pair name on your phone, turn off the phone’s Bluetooth and earphones 3. Put both earphones back into the charging case 4. Then turn on two earphones at the same time. If you see they pairing automatically, you can directly connect the phone with Bluetooth. (The earphones that automatically matches well is one that lights up and one that doesn't) If not, you can press one of the earphones twice 5. Until the earphones automatically paired 6. You can also repeat these steps
