Happy with the purchase
The plant is on a smaller side, but this is what I was expecting. Reading some reviews I was concerend of getting damaged undeveloped plant, but it actually arrived in one piece, it was not completely dry but not overwatered, just right for the journey, and protected by plastic bag so there was no spillage. I compared it to the plant I bought from the Range, paid £9.99 for much bigger one but unfortunately it was the last one. Saying that online purchases are so convenient, so yes we are paying same for less but the postage is always hidden in the price when it says free delivery, so fully expecting this.I would say I will use the seller again to purchase other plants if the service will be as it was this time. Saves me time and petrol driving to the garden centres.Ah and I don't have a prime, but I think package arrived within 3 days from the purchase. Quite happy really, let's see how the plant develops and grows

Very Small Plugs
Very Small Version 16cm Tall from soil to top, 2 healthy and in good condition bought and planted in mid April 2023.I purchased 3 of these to replace ones that died over our very cold winter, 2 arrived at 16cm (including pot and one slightly larger) meaning 16cm - 9cm (pot) = 7cm (plant) One was damaged (broken) down the centre stalkThis would have been a 2 star rating but the saving grace was there customer service, I reported the broken one and sent them the images requested and they agreed. I was offered a refund or a replacement, despite the size I requested for a replacement since its early spring and it will have the time to grow. When ordering Please read and understand the sizing (I knew the rough size I ordered but was hoping for the larger end of the scale)1x 16cm (Plant) + 9cm (Pot) = 25cm (Total)2x 7cm (Plant) + 9cm (Pot) = 16cm (Total)You could end up with9cm (Pot) + 6cm (Plant) = 15cm (Total)If you can find one in your local Garden Centre It would be around £10-£15 for 3-4x the size
