I don't know how it really is yet, I haven't worked up the nerve to try it, the smell is so bad that I don't know if I will be able to take it and I take a lot of supplements and deal with some pretty nasty stuff but this is foul smelling but I hear it does wonders, will re-post again once I get the nerve to actually use it.

Love this stuff, most genuine shilajit i ever had. The smell is very strong and earthy and within a week I felt very good and smooth energy. Its very fine, i have to say the finest of all Shilajit I have tried before and at much lower price than other popular brands of Shilajit in states. The quality is very remarkable, I will always buy with them, on top of all they are very generous and nice people!!

Love this stuff - great for minerals. Caveat in cold areas though - it is like rosin in cold. Can be warmed *gently* and dissolved in water, then used. Disclosure: I have to hold my nose to ingest this stuff; then reach for water to swish and swallow BEFORE opening the nose! =:]] But worth every inconvenience, truly.

No effect on me -- except acne maybe -- not convinced as to quality.
