Beautiful and has good tone. Perfect to have laying around to play on St Patrick's Day

Beautiful looking whistle
Beautiful looking whistle. Very chirpy. The tone isn't as open and rounded as my Clarke D but I like that its heavier and solid in my hands. A nice whistle to add to my collection.

Very pretty and fun to play.
Great value, very pretty, and fun to play. A little chirpy compared to some of my other inexpensive whistles, yet better than many!

Cool looking whistle.
I bought this mostly for aesthetics and I really enjoy it. As an instrument it's passable but the upper octave is unforgiving and unreliable. Still it sounds pretty decent and the tuning is passable. It's like any other Generation whistle where some are better than others but it has a snazzy paint job.

Generation Whistle Great
I arrived yesterday and played beautifully. It was in tune (that's pretty good for such an inexpensive whistle). I am buying 2 more.

Tuning is Sharp
It is a very cute whistle; however, it is sharp in tuning. I also have a brass Generation with the red fipple. It was also sharp in tuning, but I was able to remove the fipple so that whistle can now be tuned to A440 by pulling the fipple. They say the brass is much easier to remove the fipple than the nickel. I am not able to remove the fipple on this Green Paisley Whistle - yet - but will try again when I have more time. I won't be able to play with other instruments unless the other instruments tune to me - and not every instrument can be tuned.
