I didn’t realize this was a lead acid battery unit. Wanted to return it. The customer service rep spoke with “higher ups” and said keep the unit and you will get a refund. We STILL haven’t received our refund. Husband tried jump starting our car with it and it wouldn’t work at allUpdate: I was contacted by seller and asking how they could help. A refund for what I paid was refunded back to me.I do like the ability to charge phones, iPads, fans and more when u see a hurricane watch as we live in Florida. I will keep the unit those reasons. We had already purchased another unit for charging our car.

It does what it says until the battery dies and then you are screwed. It just never recharged no matter what. The red LED lit up but even after 24 hours it still wasn't charged and the LED was still red. The voltage hadn't moved. And yes I tried it afterwards, no performance. Charged for another 24 hours and still no green LED and no change at all. For several weeks we used it to jump a vehicle not once but twice and also air up a tire many times but when it came to recharge it, it just won't recharge and is basically dead. It would be nice if the company actually reached out but I saw another review saying the same thing and there was no reply so I'm not expecting it.

This jumper cable system is great. It has a great jump capability to vehicles. The start time is within seconds. The power is wonderful. The brightness of it's very handy and easy to use.

I’ve been really pleased with the quality of the charging. I have a V8 suv with a huge battery which I don’t use a lot so I have to jump start using this machine which is quick. So the jump start function works great. I use it often for my laptop and tires and for the tires the cable is long enough to reach across the suv. I had to use it once to jump start my car and was impressed by the speed and versatility too. It is convenient to carry as well. Good value for the price.

These jumper cable are awesome. It is perfect for jump starting your car. It also has an Air pump for when your tires get low. You can also charge multiple devices like your phone, iPad or even your computer. Great product.
