Address Sign or Address Lamp
I replaced my porch light with a address light and needed a transformer. The instructions said to use a 12v or 16v transformer. 16v? That doesn’t make sense to me. Home Depot only had 16v available so I used that and it didn’t work. I’m glad the bulbs didn’t fry (assuming it was 12v bulbs). I ordered this 12v transformer and it works fine. And yes, I did use a multimeter. You should always use one and check your breakers.

Did it’s job
Purchased for use with small light above garage to let known that light in garage was on. Needed the conversion for power. It works, does its job.

Easy install and clearly labeled information
Used this product to supply power to an intercom system. Worked great and was well labeled with input and output wire locations.

Garbage do not buy
This dies and melts my box after 1 day. It melts its own plastic part too. Literally garbage I don't know how you can sell these things on amazon

Transformer is 120vac to 12vac
I wasn't sure if this transformer was 12vac or 12vdc output when ordered. Benched tested and it is indeed 12vac. I needed a 12vdc.
