Upgraded my 2015 iMac‘s ram to a higher capacity; it comes on a bit faster and no messages concerning RAM hang ups like I used to get. Now if it could only fix Apple making my desktop computer obsolete AGAIN because of their operating systems only working with certain devices, that would be fantastic.Like my old RAM, it costs a lot and if you sell them, I don’t expect to get to get a lot for trading them in. Use them for the life and usefulness of your computer.

New life in an aging computer. I was having issues with my DAW with loading, saving large files and latency issues with the original 8GB RAM but now that I bumped it up to 16, have zero issues any longer. I ordered the wrong RAM at first but OWC made things right as soon as notified and got me on the right track. My model doesn't support 32GB. Anyway I'll buy from these guys again in the future. Fair price, fast service and no hassles. thank you!

due to Covid19 my wife needed to start working from home, her Macbook needed more memory. I ordered from Amazon and I was happy to see that it actually came from OWC! I have used them in the past and of course I was not disappointed. I installed the ram in a few minutes and the laptop has been working flawlessly since. Thank you for providing quality products OWC and to Amazon employees, thank you for being here for us so that we can continue to function!

I added 32GB to my late 2015 iMac 27” Retina. I edit large photo files (medium and large format film scans @ 3200 DPI) and the stock 8GB memory was anemic for the task.Also, when streaming music to an external DAC there would sometimes be memory glitches if there were a number of other open apps.The OWC 32 GB installed easily - I just inserted the sticks in the empty slots, replaced the cover, connected and powered on. The first boot sequence seemed perhaps a bit slower, but I didn’t time it.My iMac is running smoothly and better now.

I own an ancient Acer desktop computer that runs on laptop parts for no apparent reason. That includes RAM. It had four GB. I put in one of these, it now has eight. It came within the time frame specified with no defects or problems with packaging and it has continued to work ever since. It works so well I completely forgot that I bought it in the first place. So in order to make sure the seller gets credit for not selling garbage I am rectifying that with a review now. 10 out of 10 would recommend if for whatever reason you need this specific type of RAM.

I have a Macbook pro 2012 and it works so much better with this ram upgrade, i’ve been using it for months. If you are looking to make applications open faster on an old mac or for the computer to turn on faster, don’t look for ram, look for an ssd upgrade. This won’t fix opening issues but it will fix how many applications you can have open and the overall performance of the computer, i recommend mixing and matching with the included ram. I had 2 separate 2gb ram drives and i put an 8 in for a total of 10. works wonders

Im very happy with OWC memory, Their DIY YouTube how to videos they have on linked to on website were very informative, and gave me the confidence to attempt to open up my baby iMac and install the memory myself. It was really easy to do the install, and really only took like 10 minutes. Thats from unplugging all chords, to when I was booted again and the system recognized the new memory without a hitch.I highly recommend this product, and you save like $70 compared to crucial, and my baby feels like she did when I first got her, blazing fast.
