Product is good but I’m not able to use it
Product was not fit to my chair . I hve to choose the other one to exchange with this product but my exchange time and date i missed it . Actually when im travelling to Singapore the product was delivered to me . So I saw today mng when i back to home from Singapore .So plz can you exchange the product which I want to choose plz consider my requestTqAmazon

Wheels are not pre installed and fitting them is not easy since the base and wheels are plastic/pvc. Hitting them into the slot could break it. The movement is also not smooth on the floor.
