Just get the backpack separately and forget the rest! The head band is too loose for certain applications and not big enough for larger heads like above a 7 1/4. The chest harness can only be worn by a small person outside the jacket otherwise it’ll barely fit on someone who is a large extra large T-shirt size. They’re not very great at all. Do yourself a favor don’t buy this kit the wrist-band holder was a joke! Don’t buy

Works great. does exactly what it is meant for. the chest mount is a little small but it is fine and does what I need.

There's nothing wrong with this set of 4 body mounts for my Insta360 x4 camera. They all work, and in a pinch, I'll use them if needed. And I do take them with me as backup on my video shoots. However, I find there are other (although more expensive) mounts out there that seem to work better for my needs. Yet, for the price, these are a good value.

So far I’ve only used the harness, but as expected and durable.
