We have tried several different sesame oils in our cooking. To be honest, we have always had really good luck with the oils that we have purchased here so it's difficult to say whether or not this oil is any better quality than some other brands, but the taste is certainly as good as any we have tried and it has not disappointed us in any way. There is one difference, however, that gives it a certain advantage. The tops on some of the other oils use this weird sort of metallic cap that is sort pressure fitted to the can that can become frustrating to use and can be somewhat messy. The first time I bought this in 2022…. I fell in love. Yum! I also loved the price at $24.85!It’s too bad some id_ _ t decided to put a tariff on something we don’t produce in such quality here. Now it’s $32 plus. Will i keep buying it? That depends on what else the f _ _ l tariffs. Oh, if I could only raise enough sesame to make a gallon if this oil!

I know this company is reliable in Korea, so that's why I placed the order. The sesame oil smells just like the kind I used in Korea, and the quality is also very good, so I continue to order and buy it from here. The fact that it's a bit cheaper than the retail price is another reason why I order from here.

The oil itself is fine, but neither of us were able to get the plastic cap off, making the bottle NON recyclable.

I am not an expert in Sesame oils, but this was recommended originally by Cook's Magazine. I got some for my limited wok and Asian cooking and loved it. It doesn't leave that that old oil smell that I often associate with sesame oils, and I find myself adding this to all sorts of dishes. I have now bought this many times and make sure I always have it in my kitchen staples.
