Beware of Amazon and This third party seller when they put you through a month of pure hell with lies of hope and lots of Let downs you won't want to buy another thing of Amazon Guaranteed..This vevor Icecream machine showed up not as described Not in new condition,scratches fade spots and not as described by seller as stainless steel.Its painted black on each of it's sides and plastic drip tray is not stainless steel like described,The machines leaks out all over my carpet and the seller must use generated feedback so your questions and concerns never get answered.The worst part is this does fall under the A-Z guarantee according to all The different customer service agents but but when they send the problem to Amazon's A-Z guarantee they claim it arrived in good working order and are denying me Thier gurantee on this claim..So a machine that looks used and is not as described is what I get for a new machine..The internal problem it has is that it's not suppose to eat the belt throwing a black dust everywhere,does this seem to be normal?while the pulleys wobble because the post that spins them is bent I guess that's normal in a new machine as well and I guess Iam suppose to eat my icecream off the carpet that's what you do with a new icecream machine ,Don't forget they want me to pay return shipping on this!!!Iam totally discouraged by Amazon and the Seller for I sent and received several emails and it's the same thing You can't get any Costumer satisfaction..Update!!! To return this it would be over a thousand dollars so if you get one like I did get ready you will be out of your money and you will be stuck with a useless machine..I think next month I will go randomly give someone 2000 dollars for nothing because that's how Amazon does business with Thier customers....I have contacted customer service the seller to try and resolve this everyday since I got this defective machine I'm told no worries you will be taken care of right for this?They constantly heave be excuses like I dropped the claim so they have to resubmit it to t her A to Z department or they didn't get the pictures and the sellers feedback is automated it goes we give you 100 for you keep it get repaired then 150 keep it get repaired then 200 then 300 then 350 let's see here I give you 1800 for a used defective machine that has sit in a corner for a month now and the big blow is Amazon says they have refunded me and so I check my refund thinking finally I can order one off prime not a third party seller and I'm finally getting my refund I get 377.00 refund and a machine I cannot use They lede to believe I would be getting taken care of on a replacement instead I feel robbed in a sense by them..So If you buy from this seller and you have problems your options are pay over 1000 to send it back to seller or get a refund of 350 and let the seller and Amazon bank on your hard earned money good luck Happy Buying....

Liked everything about it.

The machine isn’t bad because I’m mechanically inclined and can decipher most of the manual . But it’s definitely not the most user friendly, has a learning curve and I was missing parts when mine arrived . Something as simple As the covers for the hoopers which you’d think wouldn’t be that big an issue to get replacement ones .. that’s wrong vevor makes no parts for the machines only whole units . I was able to source the lids I needed by measuring the hoppers and finding some that were close enough but the vevor support line was no help at all . So I’d say if you are mechanically inclined , can take some time and know that this isn’t going to be exactly a plug n play experience it’s worth the risk vs 15k+ for a Taylor you’d still have to pay to get maintenance done .

I am fed up with trying to get warranty work from this manufacturer along with the seller. I'm at the point where they can pick this machine up and return my money. It hasn't been a year yet and trying to get warranty is a joke. Amazon has been no help. You can never talk to anyone from Amazon, Ceny or Vevor...

Terrible customer service. Machine isnt cold enough. Ice cream molds in the hopper. I have written to customer service multiple times, same stock answer sent with no repair or exchange

The media could not be loaded. I received a used, dirty, filthy Vevor soft serve ice cream machine! I’ve never been more disappointed! My Mother’s Day plans are ruined! My soldier was coming home with a special request, my children from out of state, the grandchildren, all to this very loud noisy used machine over $1500 to receive this!!!You could smell the stainless steal cleaner!
