I’d buy again
Bought this amp to test it out on my truck since I’ve never used this brand and I have it set up to 2 ct sounds bio 12s in a single cab and it honestly pushes them like nothing worth the buy if you want soemthing a lil stronger. Best thing about it is the size super compact good power and it has a clipping light which always comes in handy when your a beginner

Definitely a game changer! I wish i would have gotten one sooner! It does rated with ease!! Pushing two 1000w rms each RI Audio 12's and they are literally shaking my truck apart! 100% recommend everyone gets one of these before they are gone!

Best bang for your buck looks good sound good
First off i been installing car audio sinceThe age of 14 i work at a car audio store as a installer i also repair electronics and understand how it all worksI repaired full bridge half bridge and class D class A/B and class A amplifiersNow the topology of theze and many Brazilian amplifiers like digital audio is simple and easy and run off high voltage and the units are sensitive. So given how you here higher "rca" voltage is better in most case yes but not with these units there not as forgiven every thing needs too be perfect from the voltage it says too Rca's too the voltageIt's feeding from so a good solid power supply is need for these amps people bash the amplifiers because any one can hookup wires and think there doing it right and there shit blows and want too blame everyone but them selfIt takes knowledge and money too do it right this amplifier is great just like all the other full bridge out thereThe design is less forgiving of weak electrical and gain mismatches. They have less of a tolerance for uneducated installers due too the complexity of the circuit it use.

This little amp is tough
Wired up (2) 4 ohm DVC tropoxl ct sounds 12s to 1 ohm load in a ported 3cf box and this hits harder than anything I’ve had before. Amp doesn’t overheat and subs get all they want from it. The amp is at 2300 watts rms and subs are 2000 combined rms. Amps not even halfway up

WTF! This is used!
Ok, clearly this one has been used. All the protective films have been removed and one of the mounting brackets was already installed. Some of the screws were missing as well. Reguardless the amp did not work properly and just wiggling the gain knob would cause the amp to cut off and on. Had to return item.

Solid budget amp, 1 star reviews are from clueless people
I bought this amp a few years ago for my F-150 and have been very pleased with it. I was in need of an amplifier for my Honda so I ordered another one earlier this week. The 1 star reviews on here are from people who have no idea what they are doing. A couple things to note with these full-bridge amplifiers:1. They don't like low voltage. If you have stock electrical that dips quite a bit, you are going to have a bad time.2. They aren't as forgiving as most half-bridge amps when it comes to input sensitivity. Super high input voltage is usually a bad thing. Clipping input voltage is usually a bad thing. Thinking that the gain is a volume control is always a bad thing.Set your gains properly, keep an eye on your voltage and you will be golden.

This is not an efficient subwoofer amp. Clips way too easy and is too sensitive.
So prior to getting this spider amp I picked up a razor2500 power acoustic from Walmart for about $105 to bring home to the bahamas with me. It was so small and compact I was able to slide in my luggage with ease. But after running it for a bit on 2 massive 15' at 750rms each and a total load of 2ohms I figure I needed more power so I did my online research and decided to try this TXP1.6000D amp. I was eager to see what this amp could do but I was highly disappointed. It did not produce near the quality bass I got from my low end razor power acoustic. If I lived in the US I would probably have shipped it back. After tuning this spider to my desired listening preferences, then turning the gain just above half, it keep going into clipping. It do get loud but it doesn't give me the low frequency bass I'm trying to get. After a week of trying different set ups with 1, 2 and 3.5 ohm loads I still keep getting the clipping. When I try the razor on each of the same set up excluding the 1ohm, it out performs the spider 6000 and does not clip, im able to turn up my stereo to the max with clarity. So I'm going back to my razor2500 which btw makes my trunk rattle like crazy and my rear glass almost flex. I should've gone with one of the heavier power acoustic models instead of getting this TXP1.6000D. What a disappointment dread! I guess I'll sell it to someone who wants it.
