Directions were horrible The bike itself is absolutely a great bike love all the features on it but the directions are absolutely horrible they should pay us and return my $79 to deliver cost me close to 200 just to put it together I think you owe me $200 had to go to YouTube and everything and finally hire somebody to put it together and that was their fee

Purchased this tricycle in Jan 2022 due to the fact it had fenders and baskets at a good price. It is NOT made for ADULTS but rather for grade school CHILDREN. I had a technician try to assemble it twice without any luck in getting the derailleur to shift properly. The brakes were cheaply made and constantly rubbed the rims of the wheels. One side fender fit perfectly, the other could not be adjusted for it not to rub the wheel. I requested a refund and it was approved. I spent over $320 just to ship it back. Please don’t buy this item as it comes directly from China and is poorly made. I doubt it would last a year if it worked at all. Be prepared to return ship it at the price you paid for it. I’m hoping to get my full refund soon, but unlikely to happen as kirmex wants the bike in the same condition it came. Good luck, as you will need to break the chain for that to happen. I sent it back with chain connected and intact and all parts were unassembled.

The Tricycle, the Product itself is Good! And a Good Value. I can't say so much for the Seller. I ordered the Trike. But found a Manufacturing error (One of the Rear Axle brackets was Welded incorrectly). I tried to Exchange for another one. Could not do that, could only Return and Repurchase. Well, first the price had gone up $50 AND I had to pay an extra $40 for shipping. I was contacted by the seller, they wanted more explanation and pictures. Ok, No problem, except, to this day I have never heard back from them (That was April 13th, today is the 26th). On my return Authorization, the sent me 1 UPS Return Label (The product comes in 2 Boxes), I went to UPS and explained that I was only give one Label. I was told I had to get in contact with the Company to get a second Label. Great, the company that is not answering my messages about my return? I will run out of 'Time to Return'. Like I said, I have no problem with the Tricycle, I love that. So, just so you know, pray you have no problems when ordering.I am happy to say that after delayed communications, the company did reach out and we have satisfactory resolved all issues! The product is great, never had any issues with the Tricycle. A little miscommunication between the company and myself, but we kept in communications ...... Happy Ending to a rough start.

Very hard to put together. Had to take to the bike shop

Well, I ordered this after doing some research and watching multiple videos on assembly and riding. The tricycle arrived in two different boxes on two different occasions, several days apart. Not a big deal, but would’ve been nice if it was indicated in the description. I thought for sure they shipped me half a bike!As for the appearance of the tricycle, the finish is nice and shiny, and everything was packed to ensure it didn’t get damaged or scratched. It was easily unboxed and well organized within the box.The owner’s manual and directions for assembly were a nightmare. It was obvious that a non-English speaking individual wrote the assembly instructions. There were so many misspelled words, sentences that didn’t make sense, etc. So much so that if I hadn’t watched so many assembly videos, I would’ve promptly returned the whole thing! Luckily, there were small pictures with each step in the instructions because the wording often left me completely baffled. The brake assembly should’ve been easy, but the instructions made it difficult. Same for the derailleur adjustment. The fenders, although cute and sturdy enough were easily bent if you weren’t careful.The tricycle itself is sturdy, and I love the baskets. If I hadn’t had so much trouble with assembly, I would rate this a solid 4 stars all the way. Lucky for me I have a mechanically inclined friend that spent an hour just adjusting the back brakes.

I ordered two of these for my kids Christmas gifts. Both were good quality and my kids loved them! One came with a factory defective rear basket. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a replacement. I am more than satisfied with the bikes and the customer service team went above and beyond to rectify the one issue that came up. I will definitely be recommending this seller to my friends.

Assembly was easy for everything except for attaching the derailer to the cable and adjustment.I don’t think the frame is very ridge for a 220 lb. person.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The blue color is beautiful. I had no issues with missing/ damaged parts. Everything I need was provided. Including the tools to assemble bike. Nothing came pre assembled so it took 3 hours to put bike together. Hope grandma is happy.
