I buy these every few months
Always trust the three Asian ladies on the front of the package. It's a good product! Very tasty, hold up well if you accidentally overcook.

This wouldn't be so bad if they actually were good noodles
Each of the 3 individual packages were cut open. Not broken open, but deliberately cut open. And 14oz each? Nope, about 10 to 12oz each, as if some were removed from each package. This wouldn't be so bad if they actually were good noodles. They are not.I was an assistant chef in a Thai restaurant for 7 years. I've used many different brands of rice noodles, and all were consistently the same. Place dry noodles into warm to hot water, let sit for 15 to 20 minutes to soften, drain, cook. These rice noodles, however, sat it warm water for nearly an hr, and remained very firm. When cooked, they firmed up more and took on a plastic/waxy texture. They even repelled the pad Thai sauce, leaving it to scorch in the pan. Beware these rice noodles!

All 3 bags ripped open
Save your money and time. All 3 bags are ripped open and have holes in them. Cannot return unfortunately.

Find it ELSEWHERE
These rice noodles are ok, nothing great. But its a rice noodle so what can you expect? Do you like small pieces of noodles? Do you like your noodles carelessly thrown in a box that's way too big? Buy them elsewhere. You will find them cheaper.

Old and stale
Package shows a manufacturing date of April 2018. Today is April 15, 2020. Taste stale and plastic. Very slippery noodles.
