I have very thick (and coarse) straight hair, and this little thing curled it like nothin'! My hair struggles to hold curls with traditional curling irons, so I saw people using this type of curler with great results so I bought it and I am so glad I did! The curls come out for me a step above wavy, which is a great style for me personally! The curls are very consistent since there's 3 barrels, and it being so wide also helps reduce styling time! It has two heat settings, I use the higher one or else my hair won't actually hold the curls. It's very user friendly and I'd even say beginner friendly! It's easy to hold and maneuver around your head to get to all of your hair! I will say, I would recommend wiping the metal with maybe a wet washcloth or something (avoiding power cord) then dry, then let it sit on high heat for a few minutes before first use as there seems to be a very thin film of something presumably from production. I did not do those things, and my hair almost felt like it had hairspray on it on the parts I started on, and it also did leave a slight "heat smell" (I don't know how else to explain this lol not a burnt smell though!) on first use. After first use, though, the smell and film seem to go away!Overall wonderful hair tool and super easy to use with great results! Love it!

Great quality and very affordable! I also own the branded and expensive tool to curl but I like to use this product to curl my hair. Super love it!

This is my favorite waver I’ve purchased so far. It is sturdy, and heats evenly. I like to use it upside down for a more natural wave! I have a short bob and this has been so cute. It isn’t heavy, and it’s easy to use.

Super easy way to make beach waves in your hair. This is my second purchase of this iron because I love it. My first one I had for years before it just died. The only "bad" thing about it is I wish the cord was a little longer. It heats up super quick and gets hot,hot, hot... be careful you'll blister your skin if it touches you.

I love how the barrel size is bigger on this one making my hair look less 80s style crimped and more of like a natural wave. Pro tip: use this with a curling iron/wand to create a fully embodied natural curly hair look!
