It's cause my skin break out pretty bad. I bought it because it is high in linoleic acid. I used it for over a month and continued to have bad breakouts. Oil cleansing you didn't work for me. I don't know if the fact that it's nitrogen flushed to maintain freshness had anything to do with it

I am a big fan of sunflower oil due to its benefits to health. And it is so hard sometimes to find good sunflower oil. The best way to check it is to smell it. This sunflower oil smells and tastes as fresh sunflowers's seeds. Not as roasted ones and not rancid or with no smell at all. Great quality!

It came broken and oil leaked everywhere . Oil over my hand unbelievable . I am so unhappy

This is the best oil for salad dressing and cooking. It contains so much nutrients and flavor that is allowed during the Great Lent in Orthodox Christianity and is called "lent oil" in monasteries.Best with homemade sour-craft and onions.
