Through no fault of its own it now doesn't work. The remote got fried during a freak rainstorm that blew in at night. NO RAIN was in the forecast, so we left the spheres and remote in a bowl outside by poolside. Well, that bowl filled with water and remote soaked for many hours. It's now rendered DITW (dead in the water.) I will also add that of the six spheres one never worked. But the others worked so well I didn't return or complain. Now it's an utter loss. I would recommend them because the five that worked were very pretty. Just take good care of the remote and DO NOT let it get wet.

These were very nice and solid and colors were bright. Unfortunately after using them one time for just a couple hours I could not get them to work again. Not worth the money I paid for them.

We ordered 5 boxes, so 30 orbs in total. 4 out of the 30 were defective and not working. 2 of which came out of the same box. I'd recommend ordering one extra box than needed to make sure you have enough.

Works as expected and lasts a long time. Remote works as well

November 5th, 2024I’m very dissatisfied with these pool balls. I received them October 8th, I have had them in the sun charging. I tried them today and they are not working. I put them in the sun. The remote doesn’t work, I had to replace the remote battery and replaced batteries in one of the balls. These take 2032 batteries and to replace all the batteries would cost more than the balls.

4 out of six never turned on Not worth my trouble and time to return

In the description of the item it includes hot tubs in the list of uses, therefore, I purchased 2 boxes of lights. We were having problems with the balls not staying lit, and found that the batteries corroded within a few uses. Upon looking closer at the directions we found it states- ATTENTION- "It's better not use hot water, because the vapor may go into the light, it will damage the components and lead to stop working". The description is misleading, and the words hot tubs should be omitted. That said, they do look beautiful in the water, but you must realize that they won't work for very long.

Contacted seller to let them know that all the lights did not work they offered a $7.00 refund which I accepted but haven't received on top of all the lights not working we also had to change all the batteries as well. Miscommunication between the seller and myself issues have been resolved and refund was issued.
