Bought this, and installed.Installation is "easy", I installed in 3 days, mounting and installing.It works. Some informations in the schema they provide are not good. In the youtube videos they make a single video for more packages, but all packages are with different components, and sometimes is confusing.3 connections are rong in my case, and I had to just try with logic.The worst, now. I live in Mexico, and I bought it with international free shipping. There are 20 cards inside. I need at least 50 more.I saw a lot of cards, around, with free international shipping. But when I began to buy a 50 packages, I discovered after some research that the vsionis cards are not standard. You need to buy those cards, that are 26 bits, but not standard. And I have to buy from FPC-Security. They don't provide International shipping for cards, just for this package. I wrote them, and they didn't reply.I have my system, an hotel on the beach, but can't use cause just 20 guests has the keys. Unuseful without more cards, that the seller can't provide me.------- UPDATE ----------I missed rhe mail they wrote me, let's see if it's possible to purchase cards here in Mexico. I'll update.

Once the product was installed, it worked like a charm; no issues. However, to get to that point was quite a hassle.First, all components seem to have different color wires, removing the chance for an intuitive process. The website does provide a detailed video, but it was very limited in production value. Also, I found it odd that I would have to cut an adapter cord to access the wires.That being said, once you decipher the wiring, it’s a good product. That’s why I gave it 4/5 stars.

We purchased this product to replace an existing maglock and it was very easy to install. The product is also simple to use and allows us to control access to our front office door from multiple points in our 2 story office building.

I installed this on an office entry door. Other than the 'custom cutting' I needed to do for the door frame it has worked flawlessly for us for the past 6 months and they now feel much safer from not having just anyone walk in the front door when no one is at the desk and being able to view anyone coming to the door before allowing entry. That keypad is built like a tank! Their installation videos while a tad tacky were accurate and very helpful. They could improve the audio, but it got the job done. Great value and great customer service when I needed additional fobs!.

Works perfectly for our business (110 employees). Eases everyone's security concerns. Seller was very helpful over the phone as well. Technology is good, but for DIY it was hard. Not enough instruction was provided. It would be nice, if there were more picture and diagram of instructions.

When I had an issue with programming they took the time to help me over the phone.

Works as expected.
