Q: I’m 6’2” 42” chest but I wear a 36-37” arm. Do you have a medium long?

I'm 5.8 and 160. I wear a regular medium and it fits perfectly. Sleeves for me have to folded once.....I have short arms. Sorry couldn't be more helpful. Its a great looking sweatshirt but not terribly heavy. Need to layer if you are looking for warmth.
