Labels warn product has a naturally bitter taste. I think they have tried to neutralize that with a sweet tea flavor of some kind. They are so healthy for you I'm willing to struggle a little. Label cautions product can have a laxative effect if you eat too many. Hope they learn how to flavor these better cause I'm going to keep eating them.

I’m learning I like the ones in the hull because they are not dry like like the ones shelled.

It has a real sweet aftertaste in your mouth that I don’t care for. I do not eat a lot of sweets so may just be me. If you eat or drink something after, it helps.

We peel these and take them with our meals for bs..they're a little bitter but it's not an unbearable taste..I noticed some weight loss. So I would recommend. Unfortunately mine did have a tiny beetle in them 😭

These moringa seeds are filled with harsh chemicals. It’s hard to consume. I have a moringa tree it’s not supposed to have a chemical smell or a chemical taste. This cannot be safe for consumption. I purchased these just to have extra you can never have enough, but this was a huge mistake. If they get rid of the harsh chemicals they use on this it would be great. Unfortunately, I have tried to sit them out to let them air out for days and the chemical is too powerful. Be safe out there
