You Can't return it.
The backdrop does not lay flat. No prepaid label. You have to pay to ship it back. It would be $400 to ship it. So I'm stuck with it.

Where have you been all my life
I have been looking for this for years. We have a photo studio and this product is made to last. Easy to clean up with a magic eraser. Super hard to find in this size. Shipped right to my door and will last a few years with daily use. Thank you for having this Amazon! Quality is great!

Perfect Photo background
A little heavy, but works great on my pole background holder. Needs two end clips to keep it from unrolling.
