I use this for the majority of my espresso, and have for years. I only buy coffee from the onyx team.

The beans are great! they grind well and draw well. wanted to try something new and the taste and smell was not what I was expecting. I highly recommend to try at least once in case you may like it.

Great coffee! However, unless you're near California, its probaby better and cheaper to just buy direct from Onyx Coffee. You're paying someone to ship from middle America (Arkansas) to California, then back to you.Great coffee though! No complaints about the product.

Was ordering with them directly and loved what I was receiving in the beginning. Couple months go by and I noticed a change in taste but thought it might be a one off or my taste buds. After about 4 months I ordered a bigger bag and the taste was not the “traditional” it’s advertise to be. It was way more acidic.Message them about it and they asked for the batch number and told me that the taste changes sometimes. After several days pass with no word I reach out saying I need to cancel my subscription if the taste can fluctuate that much. this time a different person responded, Holly I think. Seemed concerned and interested in making things right by offering to send another bag. I said it up to her, I’d love to have what I paid for but if the taste can fluctuate like that I’ll end up canceling my subscription again. The person that responded was Erica, the original person. was told my subscription is canceled by request.So, the can fluctuate from acidic to not acidic.If there is a problem you can give them your batch number of the bag but doesn’t mean they’ll get back to you anytime soon if at all.How connected to their supplier if it takes a week to get an answer.
