I’m here to complain
It is not possible to buy a product and discover that it does not work!!! otherwise the effectiveness of the device is not tested and checked before sending it to the customer!! I need a replacement with properly working remote controls please 🙏🏾

And with out he power button you can't start the TV!

It’s been exactly 1 month since I bought it and guess what it stopped working

Not working properly
It is missing instruction, if you move 1 time, it is moving twice every time. It like 1 3 5 7 9, if you want to go position 2 it will jump to 3 and then 5. Writing something on YouTube is terrible also app selection on TV. It is skipping 1 each time.
