Q: I want to feel comfortable not like out of breath, I am 5'0 /205lbs and size 18 in jeans,what side i should get??

These r not tight at all. Only problem I had with it is that the lace detail around the edges rides up. It doesn’t have anything sticky to keep it in place like spanx does. I bought a size medium and it fit fine. I’m 5’3 and 140 pounds. If I were u just get the size u normally would.
