Light, lovely flavor!
I’ve used this product for well over a decade, and continue to love it. It thinly but effectively coats the wok or pan, and leaves a very light flavor on the food.

If you loved wok oil then you will love this
This used to be called Wok Oil. If you loved wok oil then you will love this. It has an amazing smell. I use it to rub steaks prior to salting and searing. Sous vide a steak to medium rare (130 degrees) for an hour or two then pat dry and rub with this oil. Salt to taste then sear in a cast iron pan as hot as you can get it a minute and a half on each side. You will end up with a salty crust in a steak that is perfectly medium rare all the way through. Juicy! Sous vide keeps all the juices in the steak. The only thing I miss about pan cooking a steak is the deglazing process with a glass of wine. Tastes so good on the steak. Now I keep the wine in the glass and enjoy the pure taste of the beef.

Delicious oil, poorly packed
The double set of oil bottles that I ordered arrived in a box with an oily residue both on the cardboard & on the boxes themselves. One of the bottle caps was broken, resulting in oil leakage throughout. Amazon refunded my money after I sent a picture of the problem, but that still left me with two bottles of oil & only one functional cap. Annoying. That said, the oil itself is quite tasty. The garlicky flavor adds taste to whatever I'm sautéing -- making veggies, meats, chicken, potatoes -- everything more delicious. I recommend the oil & wish you better luck than I had with its delivery.

Tsang’s Stir Fry Oil should be in larger bottles
When I first tasted this oil, I was so surprised. It added that extra kick of Asian flavor I need in my stir fry, omelette, veggies, etc. This one is not over bearing. I could use another but this is a staple in our house.
