Very sleek design, nice looking mug. My first thoughts when unpacking this item was oh it is a smaller than I thought it would be. I bought this for my disabled Hubby he had been using a thermos product previously that he loved but it only lasted a month or so before it started leaking all over him. I was looking for a product that was not a childish looking plastic product as some of the disability aids are. The mug remains a safe warm but not totally cold on the outside when hot drinks are put inside. The one down side is the handle design it is extremely thin, making it very difficult for someone with limited hand use, I am going to have to come up with a cover to thicken the handle. Otherwise this product does not at this time leak, he stays fairly cool with hot drink inside, looks sleek, the lid does its job, though the slider is a bit stiff. Time will tell whether it starts to stain on the inside with tea and how easy it will be to keep clean. worth a punt to buy

I like the brushed look stainless steel and the fact that the coffee is not tainted by any metallic or plastic aftertaste or smell. I drink black coffee and it stays hot enough for about 20mins and bearable for approximately another ten minutes. However, the mugs are smaller than expected and I can’t see how they justify their price. Otherwise, they’d have been 5*

Love, love, love these mugs!I drink lots of tea but am slow to drink each cup, so it gets cold quickly in a normal china mug. I found I was constantly having to microwave my tea - not anymore!I make my tea in these mugs and it stays hot/warm for ages and, even longer if you put the lid on.I use them every day and absolutely love them.They are stylish and very good quality. 👍

I really like these they keep hot drinks warm, they're less likely to spill, and they're travel friendly.They lose a point because the 410ml (14oz) are not actually that size. Even filled to the brim it only holds 13oz, and filled realistically it holds a little less than 350ml. Slightly disappointing, as I only have one coffee a day, and I like it to be a BIG one. Lol.
