Proper installation

Initial hiccup but working fine now
It was a mixed reaction. Seems a bargain at this price but low on storage and seems fragile from inside. Water starts dripping out of the storage area, randomly. The registration was not done properly by the Customer Support. The Faber support had no clue about who am I as seller didn't register the product properly. Anyways, things are sorted now

Worst product and service
This has been the worst water purifier that you can ever get. Got this product 4 months back and have not been able to use it till date (as of 5th January 2024). The water purifier only has a brand name of Faber, but does not even have the quality of a local made brand.I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped the service center folks would be able to help fix the device, but things couldn't get any worse. First it was leaking, which took them 3 weeks to repair. Then apparently the filter membrane inside was broken and they are sourcing the part for the same. Customer care is never reachable and when you finally reach them, all they say is to connect with the Area Manager, who again (surprise!) is never reachable!So humble request to everyone who have the faintest thought of buying this product, look the other way! Spend a little extra and get an Aquaguard or Kent or LG or any other brand but this! The headache is not worth the slight difference in price.

The media could not be loaded. I like the product which is great and best in price.Installation is free and greatly installed by Faber engineer. I would appreciate their quick service.

Good
Placed order on Nov 1st 2021. It took around two weeks for product delivery (Destination-Hosur, Tamilnadu, India) to happen after placing order on Amazon. Two more weeks for installation to happen and had to make multiple follow-ups for the same. Installation took around one and half hours (went up to night 10 PM). It happened to clean the surroundings a lot after installation as there was a huge spillage of water during fitting and dust due to drilling the walls. No help received from the installation staff in this regards. As of now, the machine is working good.
