Q: Will these strings give a twang sound to my Stratocaster that is what I am looking for.

The twang is how you play them. When I play country I can get a twang out of a Les Paul. How I attack the stings crests the twang. There’s no string the has a twang built in.

Q: Do you sell #10 e strings separately? I need about 10. Thanks

These are definitely higher quality strings. Ernie balls are good starter strings, but DR strings last longer, feel better, and sound better as far as I'm concerned. Each pack does come with explicit instructions on how to string these properly to avoid a dead sound. These then tend to sound brighter, longer, and hold their tune wonderfully.
