products turned up from America packaged really well everything was in top condition, not quite had a chance to use them yet so will update when I have, but a free hat was popped in the box which was a nice touch

I was quite excited to get these upgraded tools. Upon opening the box I was disappointed to see that the tools were just loosely thrown in the box with no padding. As a result of this the mudding pan had numerous dents from bangs that the blades created and the 6" blade had a bent edge. I don't consider it a show stopper but I was pretty disappointed. Level 6 really needs to address this problem.As for the tools themselves, they are fantastic! They spread mud so smooth it's simply impressive. The grips give you great control over the blade resulting in a super smooth final. I am real happy about how the tools perform.

Yes, you will never go back to using garbage tools from the national hardware store after using these knives.I wish I hadn't wasted any money on the cheap carbon steel knives that the hardware stores stock. I can only imagine that they won't stock real stainless steel knives because then they won't get repeat sales on replacements. Cheap hardware store knives start to rust the moment you get water on them, just like a carbon steel or cast iron pan, and if you don't perfectly dry them off every time, you will have full rust coverage within minutes to hours.The Level5 knives are beautiful. Right from the start they gave me cleaner lines. When I finished and washed them, they didn't have rust on them the next day! The handle provides comfort and better grip. More control.Also, I love the larger pan that the hardware store won't stock (that extra 2" is a lot more pan than you'd think).

対応も早くて、梱包もしっかりしてました。ちょっと凹みありましたが…現場で使っていれば、いずれつく程度の傷でした。海外製品なのでちょっと怖かったですが😅トータルで良かったので、また何かあったら購入したいです。
