After my darling male kittens decided to start spraying just before they was booked in to be neutered, I had to remove my old mat and buy a new one. I was so happy that I was able to get the exact same size as my last one, so I could literally just slot it into place.... it's great quality, and I definitely recommend.

Deeper pile needed
I needed to replace the worn doormat in the recessed area inside the front door. I can cut this matting exactly to size but unfortunately it is has not the depth of pile needed,

Fault resolved
The mat was good quality and arrived promptly. Unfortunately there was a problem with a split in it, despite being well packaged. Contact with the company has been good and the issue was immediately resolved in a very helpful manner. Well done and thanks, they have been very proactive in making sure we are happy with the outcome.
