I just started taking this about 3 weeks ago and I already feel the difference in my energy level. Powder is white, looks pure, no smell and very little taste.

very nice supplement

Disregard my star rating. I wanted to drop what I have learned so far for others who are researching. I purchased this back in '16 but am to revisit it soon. I am purchasing it to experiment with info from Walsh Research Institute on MTHFR gene mutation and Undermethylation for Autism and ADHD. Things you should know about this molecule:It is a methyl-donor of 4 methyl groups.1 - Glycine2 - Dimethylglicne (DMG)3 - Trimethylglycine (TMG or Betaine Anhydros)4 - Tetramethylglycine (Choline)If you are undermethylated, usually Glycine or TMG is the goto. I'm thinking Choline could be a "higher-octane" version of the same thing. So "cheaper" in that one can use less to produce same effects as TMG. I will say that I have tried Glycine and been fine. Dimethylglicine, however, fills me with rage last I tried it. Doesn't work with my chemistry. Where TMG is fine for me. I have purchased this Choline before, as well as other brands of Choline. I don't recall any adverse effects. But now that I'm more aware of my undermethylation issue, I know exactly what to look for in my body's response. My awareness and sensitivity has been increasing dramatically as I have been consistently making improvements in my diet and lifestyle.I have also learned that each Glycine variant has its own pathway. Once Choline does it's thing, some gets turned into TMG due to losing a methyl group and that takes another path. TMG then loses another methyl group, becoming DMG... etc. More research is needed in understanding the methylation cycle. Will update this review once I retry this.Update 4/8/24:So this specific form of Choline does cause a bit of a fishy odor for me. From my research, this has something to do with TMAU (TriMethylAmineUrea), a relative of TMAO (TMAOxidase) [<--Read up on the effects of that.] Has something to do with liver enzymes and what your body can break down. Not everyone will get a fishy odor as it is genetically determined.My research here concludes with Citicholine (CDP Choline) being the best form overall. You may also chose to stack with AlphaGPC (another form of choline). But CDP will be the standard for me moving forward. Although I haven't noticed much of a need for it when using TMG and Glycine as my primary methyl donors. Perhaps the effects are too nuanced for me to notice. For now, I won't be purchasing anymore forms of choline. I may give CDP one more shot later this year. But if you see no update by a year from now, you can assume I've abandoned all forms of choline supplementation and that I'm relying on whole food forms.If you are AuDHD, Tyrosine seems to be essential. Especially when dealing with stress and burnout. So, my recommended stack for that is TMG, SAMe, Tyrosine, Taurine, and possibly Berberine. All of which cover undermethylation, stress reduction, and inflammation. Please do your own research and experiment at your own risk. These should all be generally safe though.

Good stuff for price

As always BulkSupplements provided highest quality product. I bought from them Inositol and Choline L- Bitartrate and taking both in following dosage: 2 times per day mixing in water 3/4 tsp of Inositol and 1/16 tsp of Choline L-Bitartrate. They both will mix very well with water giving clear water with little sweet with slightly sower taste. Inositol gives sweetness and Choline L-Bitartrate gives that taste of lemonade.Today is 4 days since I started taking these with water two times per day. Do I see any changes? I can not expect too much so soon, but for sure Anxiety attacks and depression are not so bad anymore. Plus now I can sleep little better.I can’t speak about my PCOS and Rosacea, which is autoimmune disorder. I might update later after a month or so.I am giving it also to my 8 years old son, who has some Autistics symptoms. I am mixing for him dosage two times smaller than for myself. He became more calm and focused. Last two days he had no screaming episodes. Today he was able to follow all directions without any problems. I had to only repeat certain things three-four times for him and it didn’t cause any extra stress. Also so far we have four days in a row without bed-wetting. Didn’t expect this effect, but it makes us both much happier.For my oldest 16 years daughter I am giving the same dosage as for myself. She looks happier, reduced Anxiety and Depression. It seems that her period started with less pain than it used to. That’s all for now. Hopefully we will have more improvement soon.Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoy that this company puts a lot of work into making the most awesome supplements available, but the bags that they put them in are horrible. In less that a week the zip lock disconnects from the bag every single time. I would rate this 5 stars if the bags didn't break every time I order supplements from this company and I order from them a lot. When the bag breaks and it is no longer air tight it starts to degrade the supplements and some are completely useless if you don't transfer them into different bags or containers.If you buy from BulkSupplements be ready to put what you bought into a different container or bag in just a short amount of time.
