Helped me so much with my broken bone that I will continue buying it. A big plus is how the bottle lasted for two months, rare for a liquid vitamin.

I am pleased with the fast hassle free delivery of the product. I had been diagnosed with a severe vitamin D3 deficiency. I have trouble swallowing pills, so I asked my Dr if I could used these drops instead. He recommended 2 drops per day. They are very easy to take. I keep them by my tooth brush (so I won't forget) just put two drops on the back of my hand after brushing my teeth each morning and touch them to my tongue. Done forth the day. . Tasteless. Easy peasy. As to how they work I can't tell until I have my follow up labs in 6 months. Hoping they do because this is something I can do for a lifetime if necessary (since I am not outside much).2023..As a follow up to this review, my labs 6 months later and all labs since starting these drops (now going on 3+years) all show my D levels are now in the “high normal” range. My Dr. wasimpressed enough to ask me to show him the drops I’ve been taking and told me to continue them at a slightly reduce level. I now take them twice a week and my levels continue to be normal.

I've been using Benevolent products many years! I also use their melatonin. I find them easy to take, pleasant tasting and effective. I usually take 5 drops (5,000 i.u.) in my juice in the morning. I've been trying to reach the recommended healthy test level of 50-60 or higher, which has long been associated with a stronger immune system. I have been able to reach that level using this product. I no longer have any problem getting over colds, sore throats, etc. At this time, I think we all recognize the need for the strongest immune system we can achieve!

My son takes Vitamin D3 based on his nutrient panels since he has a metabolic disorder, common with his extra chromosome. You'll want to watch your dosage based on age and doctor's recommendation (as we do with nutrient panels), so for our son, 1 drop per day will suffice, and this 30ml bottle will last a very long time. Easy dosing, too, with the style of dropper top. Also important to me is the "other" ingredients. The only other ingredient is "medium chain tryglycerides". This is also100% gluten-free, GMO-free, alcohol-free. After living in northeastern Europe for almost 2 years, my hair was falling out at an alarming rate, I was depressed, and constantly felt fatigued. When we moved back to the US last Fall, I felt like my body needed a few vitamins to restore it. Since we had been living in a very cold, sunless country, (and lived very far north for 9 years before that), I knew that I was probably Vit D deficient. I've been taking 5 drops/day for the past 8 months. I also added a daily dose of Emergen-C, and am under much less stress than previously. My hair is no longer falling out, my depression is MUCH more manageable, and my fatigue has improved a lot. It's nice to have energy again--but I can't say it's all attributed specifically to this product.

I feel it has improved my energy levels and gives me a boost in the morning. I really do enjoy using this product. It worked well with my Keto lifestyle as well since it uses MCT oil as the fat to help with the absorption of this product. I use this will Vitamin K and other supplements to help with absorption as well. This is again, a great product that I will use for many years to come. I think that using this supplement in a liquid form helps with the benefits of using this product. I think that my workouts are better as is my general focus and mood especially in the early morning to early afternoon.

I don't get out in the sun as much as I used to and when I do, I burn immediately. So to protect my skin, I don't get much direct sun exposure. To supplement I'm taking Benevolent Nourishment's D3 to help my body. I recommend it to anyone else who might be in the same boat! The flavor is smooth and I often just put it in a glass of water in the morning.I like this brand in particular because it is high potency. It's also non-GMO and made in the USA. I am sharing with my family as well. I've noticed I am sleeping better and have less mood swings throughout the day. I think this is because the vitamin D3 is boosting my serotonin levels, promoting better sleep and a happier me. I am also taking it because D3 improves the absorption of calcium, strengthening my bones with age.
