I caught the flu this year and didn’t have the shot. I’m an adult and I took this and it did the job for me. Kept my fever down, helped me sleep and it made it so I could keep liquids down. I recommend. Remember stay hydrated it’s so important.

I was disappointed that this product expires in two months. When I have purchased this in the past, the shelf life was much longer than that. Most of the bottle will need to be thrown out soon.

I like how well this product works and ended up ordering online in a pinch. I’m very disappointed to see that it’s expiring in 3 months! I bought one more at the store and the expiration date for that one is over a year out.
