Don’t fall asleep
I was looking for a unit I could sleep with —- found the cup wouldn’t drain to the collection bag fast enough , thus back flowing to the cloth shorts themselves and becoming soaked , along with the bedding. Really only worked well while standing & awake . Good luck

The product… I urinate and lick all around , most the urine does not drain in the bag,, I am a nurse ; not very good
