SHARP!
PROS:Slick designNice packaging - great for a giftRemains sharp after 2 months of daily cuts on a wooden board.Slices through any edibles like butterEasy to holdCON: Not really a con.Blade too light for my taste - I am used to heavier steel blades which 'respond' to my gestures and have their say. This blade is has 'no weight'! It is like writing with a pen and not feeling the contact of the pen on the paper. It is due to my years of habit; there is a learning curve for me, and perhaps anyone who is used to German steel Santoku style knives.Great knife and packaging, at a reasonable price.I highly recommend it.

Fantastic Product
This knife is sharp!!!! I love this knife. It is fantastic. I’m actually planning on buying another one if I can catch it on sale. It’s worth the original price, but as this is the 2nd one I would have, I can wait for a little. This knife slices effortlessly, makes my kitchen life so much easier.

Extremely unbalanced, Feels cheap
The handle weighs more than twice the blade for a very unbalanced feel. Also the "steel" it is made from feels and sounds like a metal toy when tapping against it with. Was sharp at first cutting and quickly became too dull to slice the skin of a tomato after just two uses. Very cheap knife. $35? Give me a break. This thing is worth maybe $12 retail if I'm being generous.

Blade knocked after 11 months
I was loving this knife. I have a longer chef knife and I don’t chop a lot, so 11 months with me and my hard rubber cutting board would probably be equivalent to 6 weeks with an avid fresh veg chopper. I had used the knife for celery and onions and left it in the bottom of a dry sink with a used steel pan for a while before washing. I have no idea how that resulted in a nick? I haven’t tried to use it or grind it out yet, just sad.
