Cheap and clean
This cord is freaking awesome. I have my Xbox one hanging on the wall beside my TV, and I for now keep my hard drive on top of my Xbox. Behind the TV was a mess with the original long cord dangling back there and twist tied up in a bundle. Now with the right angles on this little guy it is very clean looking and less stress on the USB ports since the plugs are facing up and not sagging like the straight ones do.

I wanted a short compact data connector, preferably flexible. preferably 4"--6" long, for my tiny (2 1/2" quare, by 3/8" thick, 2TB) SSD harddrive. This cord does not reasonably approximate those needs.> The cord is 10 1/2" long, not 7" as described.> The SSD plug extends out unnecessarily fair --- I'd prefer it to be flush, or nearly flush.> The cord is rather rigid and pretty much inflexible. So the cord and drive can get in the way, rather than stay tucked safely beneath my portable computer when in use (especially in tight circumstances, such as on an airline tray table). Moreover, the ideal plug is on the right side of my computer, where I need to use my mouse, without constantly bumping the drive and/or the cord.

Good Connection
I wanted a cable to connect my Blu-ray player with a portable hard drive and not have 'miles' of extra cable in the way. This product fit the bill perfectly.

Perfect for the external drive attached to my laptop
More flexible than the old cable I was using, and with right angle connectors, only sticks out the side as far as the connector, the old cable looped out several inches and kept getting in the way (and was so stiff I think it contributed to plastic hinge breaking on that side on my now PREVIOUS laptop). Rating on "features" are neither good nor bad, just to give a sense on a scale of 0-5 "how XXXX is the cable"?Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I know it's Short but its great for sitting my external hard drive behind my lap top

It's just what I needed to mount my WD Passport in the same space as my micro computer. Out of sight, out of mind.

It’s made kind of weird and the cord raises my external hard drive that I have connected to it
