Dear Customer service,I ordered this product in February, so I understand I’m not eligible for a refund at this point. However, I feel it's important to bring a recurring issue to your attention.I had previously purchased this product about two years ago and experienced problems with the container back then. Due to that issue, I held off on reordering until recently, hoping the packaging had improved. Unfortunately, I’m now experiencing the same problem again.The area where the product is supposed to come out is too tight. As a result, the contents are getting stuck in the middle—between the exit point and the tube. Over time, this causes leakage, and I’ve ended up wasting a significant amount of the product. This is not something I could notice immediately; the problem only becomes clear after using it for a while, well beyond the return window.The product itself is great, but this packaging flaw seriously impacts its usability. I’m sure I’m not the only customer experiencing this issue. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as continuing to sell the product in this condition could hurt your brand reputation.Please contact me regarding this issue.
