“Hands down, this is the best item I’ve ever bought for my wife. She’s gone through so many elastic belts, with each one breaking after just a couple of weeks, depending on the type of exercise she’s doing. With this, she simply cuts another piece and continues using it without having to constantly search for the right strength or length in stores. It’s a perfect solution for travel, the gym, or home workouts—strong, durable, and incredibly convenient!”

worth the extra $
OK, I've tried the off brands. BUT, TheraBand is worth the extra money BECAUSE the tension is even throughout the movement and the others just are NOT.

Great stretch band - industry standard
This is a good source for larger quantities of this specific stretch band. It’s gotten expensive so saving a little is appreciated.

Stretchy Bands are a great workout
I think these latex-free stretchy bands provide a fabulous workout. The green is an intermediate workout level. Yellow and red are easier, but are only good for a beginner or therapeutic level after injury. Green are very good for legs or arms or total body. I like that they are stretchy enough to work through the full range of movement.

We use this theraband in our clinic; the stretch lasts for a long time for each patient.

The resistance of the TheraBand is adequate but the width is not enough to cover the entire foot for a ballet TheraBand class.
