I really like these, they're a regular purchase for me. I've been able to prevent a mild cavity from getting worse by chewing these daily therefore preserving my dental health. The bubblegum flavour is my favourite as it's yummy and sweet without the sugar. however the flavour disappears after about 7 chews. However, the spearmint seems to have a much longer lasting flavour. They are a decent size for me so I don't tend to double them.

This gum is perfect for people like me who have sensitive teeth and gums. It has a lovely wintergreen flavour that’s refreshing without being too harsh or overpowering. I’ve had no issues at all using it daily.I really like that it’s aspartame-free and sweetened naturally with xylitol. It tastes great and doesn’t leave that artificial aftertaste you get with some sugar-free gums. Plus, it’s vegan, andgluten-free. This size is also sufficient.Overall, it offers great value for money and is a much healthier alternative to regular gum. Highly recommended!

These gums taste great for about a minute then all flavour has gone, so if it's a quick chew your looking for, then this gums for you. If however your like me and want something wit longevity then you'll be disappointed..... That said, it's easy to chew, doesn't stick to your teeth, in my opinion it's not value for money because the flavor doesn't last.

It’s like eating guilt free chocolate chip ice cream 😍😍 I was really suprised when I tried this, it straight up feels like I’m eating a bar of chocolate!! As for the taste, yes the choco doesn’t last that long BUT it does leave a minty chocolate aftertaste. Great for me and my weight loss journey + dental health

I read the reviews after ordering, and felt I’d made a mistake judging by the constant complaints about the flavour not lasting. I prepared myself for the disappointment and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this gum at all! (I ordered the Spearmint flavour.)The flavour is refreshing, I can feel the spearmint going all the way down to my stomach, and it lasts and lasts for me, so I am happy, having read the benefits of xylitol and seeing it recommended by YouTube dentists like Dr Ellie. I definitely recommend this flavour and will be buying more in the future. 165 pieces should last me a while as I am using the recommended 5 a day. Love the fact they contain no Aspartame!One other thing that I have seen repeatedly complained about is the fact that people are expecting the gum to be made of 100% xylitol! If the ingredients were 100% xylitol, it wouldn’t be gum, it would just be xylitol crystals! The 100% they are referring to is the sugars, no added sweeteners, just 100% xylitol! The xylitol makes up 67% of the total ingredients, which is good news as the dentists recommend 66% / 67% strength. Don’t complain about genuine products made by genuine manufacturers. Use your common sense.

The flavour is lovely. The only downside as with all chewing gums is the length of time the flavour lasts. This lasted approximately 64 SECONDS of chew time.
