It's really hard to find a good low carb treat here in the UAE and these hit the spot for me.. They use erythritol which helped keep my blood sugar down. The texture reminds me of a cake donut. They easily break into four sections if you want to portion them out. This flavor is my favorite so far but I'm ordering the others to try them out.
