So far it's being an amazing experience, very easy to use, very powerful and what we all love... it's very affordable. Brand new machine for almost no money. I've done simple food with it like merengue to dough for bread (I was worried about this one) and has nothing to envy to the expensive ones.I might sound like I'm trying to sell this stuff to you guys lol but I was looking for a mixer like this for a long time but I didn't want to spend over a hundred bucks on it cause I knew those were overpriced.This machine has some plastic attachments but they work just fine, honestly I wouldn't worry about it cause it's a machine to use at home not to set a confectionery.So kitchen lovers! This is what you are looking for.

This works very well for my needs. I couldn't justify the expense of a Kitchen Aid mixer when this came with all of the attachments I would need and works very well.

I have had a Kitchenaid stand mixer for over 25 years. It's wonderful and I wouldn't trade it for anything. But....I needed a second mixer for a second location and couldn't afford another Kitchenaid. After reading the many reviews on this mixer, I decided to take a chance because the price was so good. It's really great for the money. The housing is plastic, but not cheap looking. It's glass mixing bowl is very nice (I actually prefer it to the Kitchenaid's stainless bowl). I LOVE the built-in splash guard (again, something better than Kitchenaid). The beater with the silicone edge is plastic, but sturdy enough for cookie dough. The dough hook is aluminum, so DON'T WASH IN THE DISHWASHER. The downside is the instruction book misses some key points. If you are new to stand mixers, you may not realize that to remove the beaters you should push up on them as you turn. Also, the parts are not as sturdy as the Kitchenaid, so treat it gently - everything works fine, but don't expect to be able to toss the beaters in the sink or wrench on them to remove. I plan to only wash the parts by hand and I believe this will last me a long time. Also, after speed three the motor becomes very noisy. I have avoided higher speeds so far with excellent results. We'll see what the future holds....

Got my new mixer today and has to try it out so made some amazing chocolate chip cookies. I had a kitchenaid before this one and sold that one because I didn’t like the color I got at first I was going to get another kitchenaid but decided to research other mixers and found this one, it had great reviews and I liked the design so I went for it. I love the lid feature. The kitchen aid shield was a pain to use and so I didn’t most of the time and even when I did I still would have things fly out. This snaps into place and stays put so easily. I go the glass bowl because I thought I would like to see through the bowl, it is heavy but really the only time you have to deal with that is to clean it. I also like the paddle spatula feature than gets everything incorporated nicely. I like the simple classic design as well. I am very pleased and not to mention it’s half the price of a kitchen aid.

I just received item and unpacked. Not sure exactly what I think yet. Dough hook is very light weight and is seems to be made of some type of odd metal. The other two beaters have light weight plastic for the majority of the pieces. Not sure how they will hold up. I do like the splatter proof like, it has a fairly decent sized hold to put liquid into the bowl through the hole. Not sure I would try putting flour into it through the hole. The housing of the mixture is a light weight plastic and when I lift the neck up it makes a strange grinding sound where the metal bar that holds the head up grinds against the plastic. The suction feet to hold it into place, because of the light weight, seem to be fairly strong. The instruction contain almost no useful information besides the odd advice to not store outside in the rain? In the rain? Ok. I even read through the Spanish version without any more luck. Not sure if the pieces are dish washer safe or not. They are currently on the top shelf of my dishwasher so we will see. I have not used it yet. Once I have made cake, cookies, pies, mashed potatoes, etc I will come back and update my review. Hoping to raise from a star review to a star. Initial opinion so far isn't very high.It is now Thanksgiving. I used this mixer for pie dough, shortbread, wheat bread, and mashed potatoes. I loved how easy it is to add and take off attachments. The hole was perfect for adding butter to pastry and potatoes. The mixing beater is a godsend as it truly scrapes the edges of the bowl. Dough hook was perfect. It is a little loud. But, so far I am really impressed!Edit 5/26/19I have now had for 6 months and the flat beater is breaking. The silicone/rubber that forms this is cracking and breaking apart. Once this has finished cracking off I will no longer be able to use this equipment for the majority of my needs. I rarely use the dough hook or the wire whip. Taking off 4 stars for durability. I am going to see if I can order a new beater and what the cost is. Once I have that part figured out I will update.

Seems to be of good quality. Used it once or twice & it works well. Would not--definitely not recommend the glass bowl it is extremely heavy. Otherwise not bad at all would recommend it.
