Wouldn't Connect
Wouldn't connect to the network. It was returned.

Honest vendor
The first one sent had a dead port on it (it was brand new- not vendor's fault). Vendor sent a replacement out even prior to receiving the old one back. The second one worked perfectly. Be aware however that to use this device, you must have a separate 3rd party account to permit phone calls through O365. This is not cheap.

Old out of date products with old firmware that won't update.
The product was manufactured in 2012 and out of warranty. Also the firmware is so far out of date that it won't connect to Office 365 and won't automatically update. Currently Microsoft and Polycom have not been able to update the firmware which is creating a major delay in setup.

Old firmare. Not compatible with Skype for Business online
The phone comes with an older firmware that will not allow to connect to Office365 (hosted Skype for Business). The firmware upgrade requires finding some other environment (e.g Lync 2013, S4B on-premise) to do the upgrade, which is rather ridiculous (source: [...]

Great sound and semi-decent software.
Really nice conference room phone, with great sound. Does occasionally quit working with Lync for no apparent reason, but generally a good device. Setup is a bit complicated.

Great Lync conference phone
Definitely an improvement on trying to use a desk phone as a conference room phone, mostly due to the omnidirectional mics.

Can't upgrade the software on it
The software release on it is older than version 4.0.7577.4463 and is not compatible with SKYPE. We can’t upgrade it or even connect it to the network due to this issue; it won’t even log in.

Conference phone features itself are very good. Great volume
Conference phone features itself are very good. Great volume.Phone login time is not as good. We are running Lync 2013 in house in a fairly small flat network environment. For some reason we have been unable to locate it takes 3 -4 minutes to sign into the phone. We have another conference phone and it connects in under 1 minute. So our network layout does not seem to be the issue. The phone is fully patched.Phone works great just note the sign in process.
