This is a great little backpack for long runs. I have used it while training and plan to also use it while racing. It holds up to 2L of water (need your own bladder) and has so many little pockets and other features. I have also added additional small water bottles in either of the front pouches, or you can use one of the front pouches for a phone. The open air pouches for aphone is great because if you are trying to get stats your bluetooth will sync well. I also like that several pockets are zippered to hold my keys, ID and chapstick, and there is even a conveniently placed open pocket for your energy gel. A lot of backpacks are bulky or too heavy to run with, but this one is great. I have done several long runs and was very comfortable and able to stay hydrated with this pack. It's small enough to be compact but just large enough that you could even throw a small cardigan or long sleeve shirt etc in if you need.

Great for running, holds multiple items, very secure, good vent system, I like all the extra secure pouches in the front. Water, flashlight, keys, phone. Very comfortable and made to adjust easy. Can use with heavy coats too.

Love this vest. Great for storing my phone, car key, water bottles and freeing up my hands so I can use my binoculars.😊

Love this vest. Fits well with little bounce. Straps can be bothersome if not tucked in but it's a minor annoyance that can be remedied with tucking straps in.

I used this all summer while training for my marathon, and during my marathon. It never rubbed funny and was very easy to adjust as my water level decreased in the bladder. It easily fit a 2L water bladder, and liquid fueling and my other fuels in the front pockets. The whistle that comes attached to it, is a neat little safety feature as well. Definitely an awesome substitution for Nathan or the UA hydration vests.

I was able to squeeze my Moto G Power into the front zipper pocket that is underneath of the hydration pocket. I went for a test run with two empty water bottles in the front hydration pockets. I could not stop the bottom of the front phone pocket from rubbing on my stomach no matter how I adjusted the vest. Because all the weight was in the front, the front of the vest hung lower than the back. I think the vest is just too "tall" for a short torsoed woman with a big bust.I shifted the phone to the backpack section, that prevented the rubbing but was not my ideal scenario.The quality seemed good and it was extremely light weight. I wanted to love it but it didn't work well for my body type.

We have four of these hydration packs. I’m fairly small and needed one for distance running. Then I needed packs for my elementary age kids to school wear hiking. These are so adjustable they fit a huge range of sizes. Live that the buckles across the front also adjust up and down. Front pockets are perfect for small items and water bottles. The back pocket is large enough for hydration bladders or to carry light jacket, etc, which is what I use it for and keep my water in the front pockets. Would definitely recommend these packs
