We had been using dish mops for barbecue mopping. These mops have a nice long wooden handle and the mop head really holds the sauce for mopping.

Bought as Christmas gifts for my grilling family members and WOW they are a LOT bigger than I thought. Haha the one time the internet gives you something bigger instead of diminutive. It was a nice thing to throw in a gift basket with other grilling items.

I like the cotton sauce mops but the wire around the base that secures to the handle has rust from getting wet and has stained the mop. Not a big fan of that. Will try to find a way to continue to use. My Dad used cotton sauce mops years ago but that did not happen to his.

I have an odd use in mind for these (in my garden) which I’m not going to explain. They are sturdy and well made so whatever you plan to use them for, I think you would be satisfied.
