This product is awesome. I am using it to replace my triton system which is broken and cannot be rebuilt due to lack of replacement parts. All it works really well to piss off liberal mask wearer

Made in China. Shipping to the US took awhile.Directions and writing all in Chinese. Relatively intuitive to put together.Hard to know if this is actually effective, but the price is right.

Out of the box fully charged the battery lasted 8 hours, but the blower unit is sealed and needs to be disassembled to replace the rechargeable battery(s) - if they can be replaced. The blower is weak - it moves 62L/Min but that's not counting the resistance of a filter and sealed mask. I replaced the supplied filter with a 3M N100 filter using a bayonet blade adaptor and found the blower had trouble sucking air in to blow out into the mask. I doubt a true NATO 40mm cartridge would be any better. Air moved but it wasn't enough turnover of air for a brisk walk. Using the 3M filter I felt air hunger after 15 min of wearing it just sitting at my desk. The supplied filter cartridge contains only two thin paper porous sheets packed with loose granules of a carbonized unidentifiable hard material that rattles around inside the filter. Activated charcoal is normally soft and crumbles between your finger tips, this filter material is more like crushed lava rock. The mask features a white inner 'silicone tight connector'. It's anything but tight and if you try to pull it out to meet you mouth and nose it just pops off and is nearly impossible to put back in. Overall this mask with blower is going to be good for short duration spraying of paint and other volatile chemicals you don't want to breath or get in your eyes. Visibility is good and the silicone fits tight on an adult head. Not so good for extended use in an NBC event. Keep shopping.
