Extremely useful and durable handles
The handles are durable, the slide mechanism is easy to move and change the cables in and out. They are compatible with my lifeline, prism, and sklz resistance bands. I find them easier to use then the single lifeline handles, because they allow me the ability to quickly change resistance levels during work outs -- without having to pinch, stretch and pull the bands loose just to get them out of the handles.

Nice addition to my home gym
I use these handles every day and think they are great. The bands are easy to change and the handles work great. It's nice to be able to change weights as my routine and strength changes. Their price is pretty reasonable but the bands are a little expensive considering they are just a rubber hose. It cost me about $130 to buy one of each weight but they are cheaper and more versitile than dumbells.

Good Product
Much better product than the solid handle that they use to provide. I bought two because I did not know they came in pairs. No worries. I now have several bands in play at any one time. The product is made well except for some burrs I had to remove inside the clamp area.

Product works great. Instructions are very easy to follow. I didn’t realize that my order was coming from China soShipping was very slow but finally arrived today (ordered in September.) Just FYI in case you are looking to purchase.

Great Quality
I really like the quality of SKLS products. This was no different. Easy release for the cables. I am starting to like the cable exercises as much if not more than free weights.

Releases and reattaches in seconds without any heavy pulling
I prefer loop hooks over this products latching mechanism. I have three different handle sets with this latch type and I needed another pair so I chose to repurchase the SKLZ due to its ease of use and durability.
