Cleaned the toilet bowl up a treat!
I'd just about given up trying to clean our toilet bowl, which was well encrusted with limescale; I didn't want to use any harsh chemicals, because we're on a septic tank, but the more basic chemicals just didn't make any difference. After reading previous reviews about how effective these were, I decided to give them a go.I was going to take a 'before' photo, but in my keenness to try these, I forgot! Admittedly, it took some time to clean. it wasn't necessarily physically demanding, but I have wrist and thumb problems so didn't want to overdo things, and just kept gently scrubbing away. It took a couple of sessions, of about 3 hours in total, but the results are amazing! The first session cleaned a lot of the easy to get to scale, but the second session was harder, as that was further down the bowl, and thicker. Some of the bits were so thick that I had to resort to using an old, flexible knife, to shift some of it. The knife left grey marks on the porcelain, which I thought might have done some damage, but no, with a bit a scrubbing with the pumice, everything polished up wonderfully! And I thought the pumice might damage the porcelain, particularly with some of the vigorous scrubbing, but it hasn't. There's still some scale, around the sides and back of the bend, but it's not very noticeable, especially to the casual observer. One thing, I emptied the bowl of water, before I started. I did this by using an old, plastic cup to remove most of the water into a bucket, then used an old cloth to soak most of the remainder. Doing this made it easier for me to clean, but it did pong a bit, as some smells could come up from the drain, but it wasn't a big problem. I also soaked the pumice stone, in water, before using. In all, I used 1.5 stones, so I would definitely say these have been worth it, and it's such a joy to see a sparkling, white bowl, instead of the black, crusty, smelly one!

Not perfect yet, but pretty good after first use
Bought this to remove who knows how old limescale residue in our recently bought flat. I had tried rubbing and also used common toilet cleaners with no results. Forgot to take the 'before picture' but you can see the first one is literally seconds after applying the pumice stone, the first piece of yellowish limescale broke (I could not believe, with hardly any effort it came out). The second area affected I have to admit is work under progress, I didn't have too much time so after 10 minutes I stopped working on the area, but had managed to remove the bits that are visible to the visitor so quite happy with it. I would say it's not magical, you usually need to apply a generous effort (but for the first bit that detached super quick!), but it pays off!

Really did work well
I was hesitant to purchase as concerned it would scratch surface of ceramic sink and toilet. Water in my area is very hard and causes limes scale issue. Limescale liquid remover works fine in main part of toilet but not in the bottom neck of the toilet that is submerged in water and thick discoloured lime scale builds up fast at the edge rim. I used toilet cleaning brush to empty most of water in toilet and then dipped the end of the pumice in water and applied medium pressure back and forth. Within a few minutes, I was left with fine grit in base of toilet and the difficult lime scale area to reach was gleaming clean with no damage to the ceramic surface at all and the grit flushed away, really impressive and definitely would buy more when the pack is all used. Toilet looks much better, no chemicals or brush worked in the hard to reach part of the toilet but the pumice did it with ease!

Amazing. Limescale gone!
These are amazing. They take the limescale off! You have to do it again, about 1 time month maybe every 3 weeks for toilets that get more use. SO satisfying! ( how sad is that!)

This really works!
I was skeptical at first but this really works with hard water areas. If you have stubborn areas you'll have to put in some elbow grease. Because of the shape some of the areas can be a little tricky to manoeuvre around the toilet bowl but this definitely works. Glad I purchased this!
