Good, I don't know how good or bad it is but. It suits my health and am still taking it with boiled warm water. It's good for stomach as the taste is somewhat bitter and it's not bitter as well. Ok, it tastes like guava leaves.Go for it. Some how, it will be good for health.

I am using ashwagandha from last 2 years. It is very good for boosting immunity and stamina. I am trying yogafy ashwangadha but this product not create good results.

It has the raw earthy flavour of the root. Good value for money.
