Once again, I had been thinking of getting a steering lock device for my pickup! I began my search, and read alot of review article to help me make a wise decision! For my truck, the best option was a steering wheel and brake pedal lock! Never knew there was such a thing, until I stumbled upon this contraption! It made great sense to me, as seemed to be a great option for my needs! It was the best decision I could have made! Quality is excellent, ease of use is very easy, and it provides great piece of mind knowing both the steering wheel and brake pedal are locked! Get 1!!

Very tuff construction. This type of device was recommended to me by a police officer, especially useful for newer vehicles with push button start. Usually you have to depress the break pedal while pushing the start button. This device presents that from happening. I know they can hack into cars these days, but one look at this device in your vehicle, and they’ll move on. Taking too much time to steal your vehicle increases the likely hood that you’ll get caught. (Or shot, if your from Texas), like I am. Well worth the money!

I have purchased 2 of these. They are heavy duty and dependable. The are much better than my old steering wheel lock. They fit perfect around my brake and steering wheel. You will feel much safer with this lock.

I really like the whole idea behind this. Locking my steering wheel down to the pedal is an excellent idea and makes me feel more secure since I now park my Jeep in a public parking garage for work in a not-so-safe area. Only thing is the key for the lock is very hard to remove once inserted. It opens the lock fine but then the key doesnt wanna come out sometimes. Also, when Im done for the day and removing the lock, the bar that is supposed to collapse back inside the lock is extremely hard to push back in. I use all my strength to push it back in. So, overall Im happy but maybe a couple items to improve.

This thing is very solid and easy to install. I think it will be an effective deterrent against theft.When I first opened the package, I thought the device was too short, but the end with the blue hook needs to be pulled out before extending the rest of it. I didn't see anything in the tiny "manual" about that, so just in case you're as bad at mechanical reasoning as I am...

The steering wheel lock is solidly made, may be heavier for some but it's durable to say the least, very easy to set up and take off, and definitely gives me the piece of mind with having the added security against car theft! My car was stolen for a joy ride and some of my stuff was stolen out of it. Apparently some models are pretty easy. This gives me an added level of protection and sense of security.

Damn near perfect, when you first use it, there's a LOT of metal shavings that come from the lock when used or operated. Used it for about a year, great service. It rained HARD, my window was broken and it got very wet and rusted. It is NOT waterproof, but keep it dry and it won't fail.
